COSUNLED (COSUN) was established in 2008 in Shenzhen, China. As a high-tech enterprise in the LED lighting industry, we focus on energy-efficient lighting, manufacturing and the development of practical lighting solutions for indoor, industrial and outdoor environments.
Our manufacturing facility covers approximately 11,000 square meters across four building levels. With production, assembly and testing functions under one roof, we work to maintain consistent manufacturing processes and dependable product quality.
Beyond manufacturing, our company is involved in lighting engineering, design, construction and installation. We aim to understand the requirements of each project and provide thoughtful, technically appropriate support.
Manufacturing Capability
Our production facilities incorporate automated LED manufacturing equipment and assembly processes. Key equipment includes automatic SMT machines, solder paste printing machines and reflow soldering machines. These facilities support a coordinated approach to manufacturing, assembly and inspection.
Testing and Quality Control
Quality is an essential part of our work. Our laboratory and testing facilities are equipped to evaluate lighting performance and product reliability, with optical measurement, aging tests and surge testing forming part of the process.
